Adapting to Change

Nearly two years ago, Glosten invested in our technology infrastructure and implemented new policies and procedures to provide our associates with the option of working remotely two days per week. In March, we opened our remote work policy to enable unlimited remote work to do our part to “flatten the curve.” While we could not have predicted a viral pandemic, we’re experienced remote workers and our dedication to our work has not wavered. While our infrastructure and culture has proved capable of supporting full productivity remotely, there are bound to be consequences to these changes that are out of our control.

We are confident we can adapt to whatever changes come next. Glosten’s president, Morgan Fanberg, was recently interviewed by Maritime Executive to share how Glosten has managed during such an unpredictable time. Read the full article here.
