MP-80

Designed to offer maximum versatility for a wide range of nearshore job functions in marine construction, dredging, and commercial aquaculture, the MP-80 is the ultimate utility tool. Pairing this barge-like hull form with a straight-shafted, triple-screw propulsion system makes it possible to combine low operating draft with a brawny 2,200 hp EPA Tier 3 power plant. The result is an extremely capable and adaptable work platform.

The MP-80 features a steel hull outfitted with side fendering, wooden wear decks, and an aluminum house. Removable bow and bulwark gates facilitate handling gear and cargoes on deck, while retractable push knees and low-profile deck winches enable MP-80 to make up (pushing) to barges with high freeboard.
